HOW DOES IT OPERATE?
GTE locates employment opportunities for apprenticeships or traineeships and registers applicants. Once employed by GTE, the apprentice or trainee is ‘leased’ to host employers for an all inclusive hourly rate for varying lengths of time. GTE is responsible for locating further employment for the apprentice or trainee.
